  2. I didnt know they were in Puerto Rico. Shame they got rid of their ONLY Super Kmart on the island.

  3. I found out that a similar concept existed in Austrailia under the Super Kmart name between 1982 and 1989. The grocery items were supplied by Coles and Kmart provided the other items. Later on these were divided into separate Coles and Kmart stores. I could not find how many locations there were or where they were. I did find a commercial for them. I will add it to the videos later today. They closed before Super Kmarts even opened in the U.S.!

  4. How do you know this Super Kmart lost its groceries?

    1. It has stripped the grocery section and downgraded to a Big Kmart ones. A Second Super Kmart was planned to open in Mayagüez, but never get Super Kmart status. Now is a Big Kmanrt concept. And son in Puerto Rico will see some Kmart closures! Stay tuned!

  6. Rumors that Sears Holdings will double blowup at North Central Puerto Rico. Plaza Atlántico Super Kmart and Sears at Plaza del Norte, scheduled to be closed...
